Effective May 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at lemonlawlead.com (the "Site") and the lead generation and intake services offered by Python Enhanced Natively Integrated Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for licensed law firms and law-firm representatives in the United States. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to act on behalf of any firm you submit information for, and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
2. Service description
We operate a lead-generation and call-qualification service that may, from time to time and at our sole discretion, connect prospective consumer claimants with participating law firms. Lead delivery, call routing, qualification standards, pricing, and exclusivity are determined by us and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of lead volume, lead quality, retainer conversion, or revenue outcomes.
3. Not legal advice; no attorney–client relationship
The Site is provided for informational and commercial purposes only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services or legal advice. No attorney–client relationship is formed between you and Company through use of the Site or the Service. Any legal services consumers receive are provided exclusively by independent third-party law firms.
4. Free first lead and offers
Any "free first lead," sample lead, or similar promotional offer is provided at our sole discretion, subject to availability, eligibility, and qualification criteria we determine. Submitting an application does not entitle you to a lead. Offers may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rule of professional conduct.
- Resell, repackage, sublicense, or redistribute leads or other deliverables without our prior written consent.
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information about your firm, capabilities, or licensure.
- Use the Service to engage in unlawful solicitation, harassment, or unwanted communication with consumers.
- Interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure (scraping, reverse engineering, denial of service, malware, etc.).
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or that of others.
6. Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding the Service, including telephone calls, text messages, and emails, using automated and manual means. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time per our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software) are owned by Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal evaluation and use of the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites, services, and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
